Our client in the Distribution industry is seeking a Temporary File Clerk. We are targeting a highly organized individual who enjoys a fast-paced environment and has the ability to prioritize urgent matters.
Duties & Responsibilities
File and organize documents
Maintain a high level of communication with other departments and comply with the company policies and guidelines
Follow all phone prompts and customer relations guidelines
Perform high volume data entry
Work autonomously with little to no supervision
Handle a variety of projects on a regular basis
Self-starter, quicker learner, punctual, reliable
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with MS Office and Outlook
Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage processes from start to finish
Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, adaptable, and demonstrate a high level of customer/client service and support
Demonstrated ability to achieve goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
0-3 years or equivalent in an admin role
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
