Our client, a large manufacturing company, is seeking a Risk Manager to take on a challenging, but rewarding role with the potential to continue to grow their career with this company. The Risk Manager will be interacting closely with key business partners domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities:

• Manage yearly insurance renewal process
• Manage relationship with Broker and create renewal strategy
• Evaluate and implement insurance coverages for limits, sub-limits, etc.
• Identify and analyze potential loss trends
• Make recommendations for risk control programs
• Responsible for audits, claims, and reserve analysis of accrual and expense accounts
• Responsible for analysis on historical loss trends and develop risk-transfer or loss control measures
• Review company projects and assess risks
• Assist Treasury and Credit functions as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field required
• 5+ years of relevant risk management experience required
• Global risk management experience required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a faced paced environment
• Advanced Excel skills preferred
• Travel required (10%)
