Performs a variety of clerical and customer service tasks including answering calls at the receptionist desk.

Job Duties + Requirements

· Receive and enter customer orders via phone in an accurately and efficiently

· Maintain excellent communication with other departments and comply with the company policies and guidelines

· Follow phone prompts and customer relations guidelines

· Input orders and customer information

· Generate standardized reports from the computer

· Process warehouse pick labels for order selectors

· Data entry on confirmations to allow releasing orders for invoicing

· Proficient in Outlook and have the ability to handle a high volume of emails and how to organize them

· Work well under pressure

· Computer savvy

· Have a sense of urgency to finish time-sensitive work

· Experience using excel

· Ability to operate keyboard for data entry

· Minor lifting necessary for printing paper, etc.


· Previous customer service experience preferred

· Bachelor's degree preferred

· Must be detailed oriented and able to work independently
