200M+ Publicly Traded International Medical Device Manufacturer seeks Assistant Controller for a newly created role. Compensation up to 150K + bonus
The successful candidate will have experience in public accounting (BIG 4) dealing with SEC clients. They should be seeking a fast-paced, very dynamic work environment that will utilize their strong technical skills.
Assist in the preparation and review of the internal and external monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and reports. Assist in the preparation and updating of file memos which support company’s position on accounting issues and SOX narratives. Assist in reviewing the foreign offices’ monthly accounting. Support internal and external audits and our internal audit department Must have: Degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA with Big 4 and 5 to 7 years’ experience in related hi-tech/medical device manufacturing industry, strong ERP System experience (Oracle preferred).
